The location and staff are amazing. Seriously the kindest and most tolerant staff, and so patient with us dumb Americans. I loved that it’s near a bus stop and can get you to other villages for those of us who wouldn’t dare an attempt at driving

Okay, but these are minor things and it’s only because you asked; The corner shower in our room (104) was so excruciatingly small, there was no way for a life-sized human to use it. I’m not very big, and couldn’t raise my arms to wash my hair *and* avoid the mold in the corners. Bit of an odd choice for this price point. Obviously it’s an old building and retrofitting a bathroom into these rooms is tricky. I get it. But if I have to touch every surface, please nix the mold. The only other bummer was that the market building at the center of town was covered in scaffolding, but that was hardly anyone’s fault.
