The location was excellent for exploring Munich especially by taxi. My mother uses a wheelchair and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. Everything was done to a very high standard including the ordering of my birthday cake and the generous gifts which were given to me by the hotel management team. The food and wine served in the restaurant was delicious. This was one of the best stays in a hotel that I have ever experienced.

We love the vibe of the place. Staff is great. Newspapers are great.
Breakfast is expensive! We had a bunch of nits about the lighting by the bed which didn't really work, the sinks too big and the surface area around them too small. Where should we put toiletries? Weird shower controls but, hey, choice of LED colors!. Hate rain shower because it is bad for women who do not wash hair daily and there is no satisfying jet of water. But it is all lovely and we like being there.

4-limited street parking for drop or pick ups
