Pullman Munich

The double room we stayed in was spacious, modern and fitted out to a good standard. There was a large-screen TV in the room with a lot of channels. Only a couple of English-language channels, though. There was a free-to-use safe, mini fridge and hair dryer in the room, as well as a tea and coffee making station. You need to get drinking water from fountains located near the lifts, with a provided glass bottle. Our room had a nice balcony which could fit two people. There were two chairs and a small table. The hotel is located quite near to the Nordfriedhof U6 underground station, making it really easy to travel around Munich. The bus stop for the Lufthansa Express, which goes to the airport, is also nearby, so we found the hotel to be very well located, even if it is a little outside the centre. There is a cafe and supermarket located in the same complex, and some other stores located nearby.

Breakfast is a little expensive. We didn't include it as part of the room deal as we were not going to be there every day for it. The reception offered to add it at €25 per person as we were checking in. If you arrive at the restaurant and just pay for breakfast on one day, it is €31, and I found this to be quite excessive. The range of food available is good and high quality, but I feel €31 is too expensive. The Pullman is a quite large hotel, so there can be a bit of a walk from the lift to your room. It is worth keeping this in mind if mobility is an issue.

Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable et bon petit-déjeuner

J'avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits séparés, impossible de l'obtenir car l'hôtel était soi-disant plein. Le service de chambre n'est jamais passé ! On l'a retrouvé le soir comme on l'avait quitté le matin, personne n'était venu. Il n'y a qu'une machine à café, vu le monde au petit-déjeuner, j'ai du attendre 10 minutes pour y accéder.
