The location was excellent, and the whole stay was a very exciting experience. The staff were outstanding: the reception team and the restaurant staff were especially kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing significant to report. We had a wonderful stay.

Staff were very responsive and when we asked if we could have a kettle, it was done straight away.

We are a couple (ages 71 and 65) with some orthopedic issues, and we travel frequently.
We stayed for 7 nights.
Everything was truly magnificent.
The staff resolved issues instantly.
The housekeeping was excellent. Although the neighborhood is a tourist area, it is very quiet. The mattress was excellent.
Location: 2 wonderful Italian restaurants, the historic Hofbräuhaus, and many other bars and restaurants to suit every taste (check the map).
There are 3 supermarkets within a 5–8 minute walk, and a deli just 4 minutes away.
Thanks to the central location, there was no need for taxis.
All was great, even the weather :)
