The staff were all friendly and happy to help and made our stay exceptional. Checking in and out was breess.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We had breakfast that was a crowd pleaser for the entire family. The pool and gym were great and the kids had a great time swimming even in the fall weather. The location of the hotel was great - close to main transportation hubs and a few minutes from the Deutsches Museum.
There were no separate lights switches so it's either the entire room is lit or dark

Cleanliness is clearly a top priority in the guest rooms—the space was spotless upon arrival and stayed that way throughout the entire stay, featuring clean linens and a very comfortable bed.
The staff deserves high praise: warm, attentive, and eager to help with local recommendations and swift check-in/check-out processes.
Where the hotel falls short is its facilities. The overall amenities feel somewhat dated and limited; the property lacks extra features and updated modern equipment that you might expect at this price point.
The corridors in our section of the hotel had a very unpleasant smell caused by aging flooring, which was a noticeable drawback.
