Loved this hotel, it was so central.
Only issue,Bolt or Uber wouldn't come to the door so we had to walk round the corner very early in the morning for our taxi to the air port

the suite is a proper suite with a separate living area of good size and the location is the best in my opinion, the service is exceptionally wonderful everyone was so kind and accommodating
Kasia was very helpful she found that we forgot some jewellery behind and made sure to notify us asap and keep it until it was picked up

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful style. I really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downsides were the lack of a proper laundry service, as the available option was quite expensive for only a few items. The bathroom heater was not working, and there was no iron available in the room.
