Location would have been great on Wenceslas Square except for the construction project which limited greatly the beauty and the accessibility of trams, cars, and walking. Good breakfast. Pleasant day staff.
The housekeeping staff left our door unlocked and ajar. We returned at 9pm to find it open. The night staff said nothing but I’m sorry. This was frustrating when security is an important feature to our traveling. Also, the AC didn’t work for our room the last night and our kids room the entire stay. It was rather warm for sleeping.

Good location near Rynek but not noisy
Breakfast underground.

Spacious and clean rooms. Location was perfect.
Only downside was the breakfast. Not very appealing. Only ended up having tea and coffee.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Staying in this old building with a history behind was perfect. I was surprised that there was an elevator! The breakfast was excellent, and most of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Sorry but I liked everything and wish I could have stayed longer.
