Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
It’s position to Cambridge
One of the two lifts was not working.
In our room the heating was not working properly there was a lot of air in the radiator so we had a fair bit of noise later in the night. We turned down the control then the room dropped temperature.
We reported it to reception when we booked out in the morning.

It location was good
Spa facilities apart from pool were closed on the day we arrived and the check in girl was abrupt, our room was not ready but we were early but was told to come back in half an hour, we were not told that we could wait in the bar area so went off to the pub nearby
