The hotel was super clean and had nice amenities like the in-room massage service, variety of breakfast was good. No English channels but easy to connect with Netflix, YouTube and other streaming platforms. Convenient access to the metro and to a 24-hour 7 Eleven around the corner.
Breakfast felt a bit crowded and ended too early.

They were very accomodating. Both the first and last days we asked if we could bring our luggage and leave with them and they gladly did - until the room was ready and then when our mid day train took us to our next stop. The rooms in Japan are small compared to the US. But there was a coffee pot and the bed was comfortable enough.
After being in Japan, this wasn't a great hotel for vacation. It was in a business district and really central. But not many options for dinners or breakfasts.

Location
Too small compared to other hotels could not even walk without bumping into stuff after moving luggage into the room.
