The accommodation was very clean and well located. It had a washing machine and a small kitchen, which were very convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby.

The nearest metro stations were a bit of a walk away.

Pas d’ascenseur donc attention si vous avez des valises très lourdes.

I was looking for a place that remains affordable with two beds and this flat did not disappoint. The location is great and the neighbourhood quiet though there are some nice restaurants around. The team answered promptly to my request which has been appreciated. Yes, there was no elevator which has been a bit challenging with our son but we knew about it. I’d recommend this flat.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shops.

The property was not as advertised. I specifically booked accommodation with a view, but the windows only faced the neighboring building’s corridor and roof. There was no view at all. Additionally, the listing failed to mention that the building had no elevator, which is a significant inconvenience when traveling with heavy luggage. One of the bedrooms also had no curtain at all. The corridor light in the neighboring building remained on throughout the night and shone directly into the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep in darkness. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi for two days. I repeatedly tried to contact customer service through phone calls, WhatsApp and iMessage, but received no response. This was particularly frustrating because I needed to work remotely during a typhoon and couldn’t leave the property. The lack of transparency in the listing, combined with the poor customer service and failure to resolve these issues, made the experience extremely disappointing.
