Location, comfortable room
Services of staff was not as in other Courtyard Marriott’s I have stayed. We asked reception at 1pm and 2pm to let us know when the room is ready and sat on the sofa in front of reception. When a staff approached us about 2:40pm staff didn’t check if the room was ready but told us that we couldn’t “sleep” in the lobby when my husband was closing his eyes (sitting) as there was nothing to do.

Location of this hotel is great, few min away from old part of the city by walking. There are plenty of great food options around as well as easy access to mountains. The staff is amazing!
I could not find parking around the property.

great terrace view in the bar and hotel central location, only stayed one night and managed to go for a lovely walk in the morning to see some of the city due to location. Before heading off to Mostar
It suited what we needed.
