Harmony Villas

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to please you and make sure everything is right for you. Great layout. There are 5 villas around the pool, which often feels like your own private pool. We loved a swim every morning and afternoon. Fantastic breakfasts. Location is in the middle of the town so restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in easy walking distance some being right outside the entrance. During the day, it's amazing to think a busy town is beyond the front reception as it feels so peaceful. Great air-conditioning in the room. The complex felt safe and the staff were alert when anyone entered reception. Being a small complex, the staff knew everyone's names and always addressed you when walking in.

It's all in need of some TLC. The pool has broken and missing tiles and even though cleaned daily, it looks like it needs a good scrub in places. The bed, bedding and towels have seen better days and never looked truely white. The toilet cistern was cracked and the seat was loose. Everything looks like it needs a good clean. We had to ask for a thorough clean halfway through our stay and a change of bedding. A system they have of placing a shell on the bed when you wanted clean bedding wasn't doing the trick. It was all done spotlessly when asked. It's in the centre of town so with that comes noise. Loud noise of an evening. Clubs and bars close by seemed to be blasting out music most nights, which is fine if you like loud bars and clubbing but not so fine for peace and tranquility when you want a quiet night. Earplugs are provided by the bedside. Being predominantly Muslim, you are awaked around 4 - 4:30am by call to prayer, which, at that time of the morning, sounds loud.

The location was super ideal. Even closing your eyes can reach multiple cafes, restaurant, bars, etc. The staff super cool, and helpful.

I think owner should provide better place for the staff. Take care of them is important to boost their energy and happiness working for Harmony Villa.

Great location, right in the centre of Kuta, room was bright and airy with plenty of natural light. Wifi very stable, probably the best of our whole trip of three months
