Close to everything walking distance to train station and city of Florence
The bed was awful and so was the pillows.
Said it had a terrace but we didn’t.

Location very good
The company did not give us a tour of the apartment, patio did not feel private and very noisy from neighbors.
7 / 10Bon·août 2026
Was fine - coach bed was really bad - air-con didn’t help the bedroom…
Stairs..but it was fine

Location was great, friendly helpful staff at check in.
It was very hot in florence during our stay and Air con was not cooling the room so didn't sleep very well, apartment a bit small for three people, would be great for a couple.
