Arkaig Guest House

The hosts are very welcoming and the property well maintained and very clean. The breakfast's were excellent and we could use the breakfast room for take away meals. The car parking is free and the house is near a bus stop so it is very easy to get into the city.

It was much better than expected. Unfortunately, I could not have breakfast as I was in a hurry, but the place was clean and I had a big bedroom and very nice staff.

I have no problems

This was the best stay I had in Scotland during my trip. Evelyn and Charlie are an amazing couple who made me feel like home not only in Arkaig House but in Aberdeen and Scotland as well. I really really loved my room with the window overlooking the crossroad. It was cozy, clean and very warm. Breakfast each morning was more than I could wish for. I enjoyed full breakfast and there was also a buffet with juices, cereals, fruits, cheese and other things. The bus stops were literally in front of the house so it was very easy to commute. And if you like to walk like I do, the central street is just 15-20 minutes walk.

the room was beautiful....spacious bedroom with a closet for hanging clothes. bathroom off the bedroom. free breakfast included between 7-9 in the common room. home cooked full scotish breakfast, plus a buffet with cereal, fruit etc. located on main street walking distance to stores restaurants. Evelyn and Charlie were great hosts always willing to help in any way. We would definately recommend this house.

can`t think of anything....maybe if you have mobility issues it might not be good because bedroooms are up a flight of stairs.
