Sanctuary Hotel - En Suite Rooms

It was really cheap, the staff was extremely nice and we had everything needed for the stay. Clean and comfortable

Excellent communication with owners . Easy smart entry system. Plenty parking . Spotless .

Nothing

The parking was fantastic. The hosts were extremely helpful polite and were expedient in getting back to us .

Perhaps a wee but shortbread with the refreshments . Perhaps a light situated beside the external key code as it was quite hard to see in the dark

It was a reasonably new build so in good condition.

The check in was very confusing, had to use app then a phone call from the owner asking for a hefty security deposit before they would release door code for us to get in. I asked why and was told by the owner because he didnt know me i could steal from his property, that was insulting. I have never come across this before. It was in an old church, the place looked abandoned on our arrival with nobody around. The local shop owner didnt know it was a hotel, we actually thought we were scammed at first. Also the rooms for such a big place were tiny.
