Friendly staff and clean modern rooms
In our room the tv was not ideally placed around the corner of an alcove. We did not turn it on but watched from an iPad instead. Also there was no on site parking and had to take your chances o. The local square.

We enjoyed our breakfasts but it wasn't made clear to visitors at all that there were cereals (though a limited selection) available and that there was toast and marmalade. The breakfast menu should include this information.
There was a problem with the heat of the water in our room. The cold tap at the sink was warm, however long we left it to run. On our last day, it was better but I noticed that the toilet cistern was filling up with warm water!

Staff friendly.
Overpriced for the room. Noisy until the bar shut, speakers on thd ceiling, staff, guests arriving. Stayed in room 2 stairs protuded into the ceiling of our room and very noisy and disruptive. Breakfast was average.
