Beautiful grounds and house . Spotlessly clean and everyone so helpful
Lift was not working - however I did walk off the delicious breakfast on a stunning staircase ( not really a problem just laziness)

Location
I live on the back of Macdonalds portal and it reminded me of that. Lack of investment and tired looking. The building could make an exceptional venue but it needs money spending.

Lovely venue, room had phenomenal view over the golf course. The grounds were lovely. And the pub and staff were very friendly.
The room was absolutely boiling hot which did not allow a good sleep. Even with the radiator turned off, you couldn’t touch it - it was through the night which I noticed and don’t want to disturb reception. Not much ambiance in the reception/chill out areas.

Great location. Grounds beautiful
Very much in need of some maintenance. Ladies changing room and shower cubicle exceptionally dirty, rust on shower fittings, shower curtain hanging off rail, paint peeling off walls in pool area. Reception staff were ok but no greeting when entering property.
Bathroom in room poor with bath panel ill fitting, no drinkable/bottled water in room. Very disappointing
