Room was very clean and comfortable. Julie and Kerry were both lovely, responding to my questions before arrival. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day. The location was great, so close the motorway, but amazingly quiet. Dog friendly too.
Nothing, loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

The welcome was friendly and the rooms clean and quiet. We could have the food we bought for supper in the dining room (no restaurant, which we knew about). Enjoyable breakfast in a sunny conservatory.
Nothing really.

Julie looked after me well. The bedroom and shower room were of a very high standard, with a most comfortable bed, and a delicious full English breakfast was provided. Additionally I was provided with clear directions from the M6 in recognition of the opening of a new bypass.
Nothing was amiss.

The location wasn’t great. It was a bit tired looking but fairly comfortable. The extractor fan in the bathroom was absolutely filthy! Breakfast was ok. Kerry was very nice and a great host!
Nothing particularly! I didn’t like that we booked to eat at their pub and 2 days before got an email cancelling my booking as the staff were ‘on holiday’!
