Location, in the university quarter was great - walking distance to all the main places. The accommodation was very comfortable with a great bed. Breakfast was really nice with lovely choices and the staff were super friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with
we loved everything

Helpful friendly staff, great location and excellent breakfast.
This is totally personal but I found fixtures in the bathroom set too high up for my size. I’m average (5’4”) but I could only see down to my nose in the bathroom mirror and the little shelf in the shower set very high I couldn’t see what was on it. Again totally personal

The location was ok
The staff were very helpful organising a taxi to the cruise terminal
It was like walking into a shared house. A mix of old and IKEA furniture. Only fruit at breakfast was Watermelon. Poor selection of processed breads and pastries.
Didn’t like that you had to phone a number every time you gained access. Would prefer a key
