The location was much better than I had imagined: a quick 8 to 9-minute stroll to Piazza Maggiore. The room was spotless as was the bathroom, which had a nice shower with hot water; the staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent, with many food options.
The carpeting in the room. But worse were the pillows which, for us, were much too hard to rest one’s head on in comfort.

Staff were very helpful to help us (group of 6) book a dinner reservation. Breakfast was great with great coffee

Really good stay overall. Comfortable, convenient, and a great location, but the staff really stood out, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Very good experience and I’d happily stay again.
Nothing worth mentioning

Très bon emplacement
Les oreillets étaient gros et très durs: mal au cou. Hotel mal insonorisé par rapport à l extérieur de l hôtel , les chambres entre elles et le couloir
