The bartender was a gem - great bar and fantastic location - especially if you’ve come by train !

We loved everything about our stay in the hotel. The staff is super welcoming, the room very convenient, the food super tasty. The AC worked well. Everything was perfect and we would certainly like to come back once in Bologna.
Everything was perfect. No complaints.

Breakfast was good with a choice of continental and English available
Room facilities were good also except for a defective door to the bathroom. this matter was reported to reception.

Great location. Close to the train station and easy to get to the rest of Bologna. They have a Dyson style hair dryer which is great!
2 of my pillow cases had blood on them - I noticed at night. They brought me 2 new ones when I called. Just inspect your bed when you check in and make sure it’s all clean.
Also, you don’t get a thin sheet to sleep with just a duvet. First hotel I’ve ever been at that only had a heavy duvet - which was too warm to use so we slept without any type of blanket. I asked for a thin sheet but didn’t come.

"Le calme absolu (pas de bruit intérieur ni bruit extérieur) pour un hôtel proche de la gare centrale. C'est la 1ere fois que je n'ai pas besoin de bouchons anti bruit pour dormir dans un hôtel.
