Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — from the moment we arrived at reception, we were greeted with a big smile. We received a perfect, cozy and comfortable room with a beautiful balcony and an amazing view of the lake.
The food was delicious, everything was spotless and clean, and the whole stay was simply perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

Excellent location, clean rooms, and easy access to the lake and beautiful hiking trails. The surrounding scenery is lovely, with plenty of opportunities for walking, exploring the area, and enjoying the mountains. Having restaurants and shops within walking distance is also very convenient.
The photos suggest a secluded mountain retreat, while in reality the hotel is part of a larger tourist area, surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, shops, and a road that can get quite busy during high season. This is worth keeping in mind before booking.
The staff were not always as warm and welcoming as we had hoped, and the quality of the food did not quite live up to its price, although experiences may naturally vary.
