Stunning regency hotel. We were upgraded to an executive room which was enormous with a stunning garden view. Attentive staff. Wonderful breakfast. Would highly recommend

Room was a small single (expected) but really clean, quiet and everything worked well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. There's quite a few stairs (including getting into the hotel) which doesn't bother me at all, but some people might need to know. It's about a 15 minute walk from Montpelier Gardens.

Breakfast was very good.
Poor value for money. We stayed for 2 nights and had 1 small tube of shower gel to last 2 days. The alternative was to pay an extra £20 room service charge. Ridiculous penny-pinching. The hotel was short staffed, nobody on reception on our first morning, and only 1 person serving breakfast. Our car was broken into overnight and most of its contents were stolen.
