It didn’t put a foot wrong. Easily recognised hotel expertise providing a wholesome, high quality stay.
For me, nothing.

The quality of the food was genuinely excellent. We recommend the Cote de Boeuf as how a steak is meant to taste. £75 between two people represents superb value and quality. Writing this makes me want to go back tomorrow.
The weather! But the Hotel's facilities made up for that

Location of hotel and the spa area/pool
Buzzing noise right outside room window all night and through night got woken at 3am to scouring noise from attic as we were on 3rd floor
