A beautiful boutique hotel among the narrow alleys of Santa Cruz. Has a rooftop terrace top of you have time to go up to it! Lovely in all respects!

Super location and very clean hot water and helpful staff and good communication before and during stay
Did not have in house breakfast However sent next door to restaurant for arranged breakfast

The property itself is lovely, located in a quiet street in the heart of town. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
A/C barely worked, there were no external windows to open and I couldn’t breathe at night to the point that I went to the reception at 2 AM and asked if they could do something about it. They brought a fan, which helped slightly, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this place - we checked several other rooms and it was the same thing with all of them.

Location very strategic and room was clean
The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioning was very noisy and not working well. Additionally I was charged double the price they tipically have in the same period (this shouldn’t happen if the room is the last one available you cannot charge guests double the price itysimply unfair)
