Excellent location with easy access to Ueno station, konbini and restaurants close by and walking distance to Ameyoko Market.
The room was very clean and cared for everyday.
The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful with any doubts.
We used the laundry equipment available on site and reception had detergent for sale.
The rooms were quite small and early check in was not available.

Location and cleanliness were both outstanding. Rooms in Tokyo tend to be small, and this one was no exception, but it was so spotless and so conveniently situated that the size never bothered us. After 6 nights here, we left completely satisfied and would happily stay again. They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer but we had no issues in using them, they were pretty available.

Location, location, location.
I hate to say anything relative about this property and stuff. I chose a medium tier hotel on purpose, and the staff were unfailingly, courteous, considerate, and generous. But I would say that they should invest in a paint job and changing carpets. The foyer does have a sub basement feel overall I had a wonderful time, but the rooms could be freshened up a bit.
