The location was just right for us to walk around and explore the city easily. The hotel's own carpark facility is a plus as it allowed us to conveniently park our car stress free.
Having a washing machine facility would be really great.

The hotel is in the great location, just in front of the Echigo Yuzawa station. We booked with half board option. The hotel provided a very good dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed everything a lot.
Nothing.
