It was ok, a hotel that was worth the price paid!
The food was ok - like in Egypt - it's pretty much the same in all hotels in general.
Great beach, ok location, great staff! Room cleaned every day, thank you Roshdy - the boy who cleaned the room!
It was ok, but it's not a hotel I would return to!
The entrance to the sea - it's full of dead corals - you can't enter the sea without water shoes! The portion where you can swim in the sea is limited and the water is shallow considering the corals floating in the water - there is no sandy portion in the sea where you are allowed to swim!
Then if we asked for early check-in because the plane arrived at 11 am it wasn't possible until 2 pm when check-in is normally done, then we asked for a double bed, they gave us a room with 2 beds, in the end we also asked for late check-out for a fee and it wasn't possible either...
So flexibility to the customer's wishes - zero!
The cakes and sweets... bad....oh my god!
Otherwise...ok!

Perfect accommodation, close to the Airport, nice beach, possibility for snorkeling, delicious food, super friendly personnel! Remarkable Ahmed from the Reception, Mohamed from the limousine service and Mustasam, who was cleaning our room 5107. Keep going guys! Success!

absolutely loved my stay. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a perfect vacation. The atmosphere, facilities, food, beach, and overall experience were wonderful.
A very special thank you to Arandes at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of, and his hospitality made my stay even more memorable. I truly felt like a valued guest.
Nothing in particular. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and left with very happy memories. I would definitely love to come back again.

Reception staff were friendly. Buffet was really good. Location near the sea and airport was nice.
Not 5 star hotel. Room and facilities were old and not well cared for. Quite dirty.
