Charmillion Sea Life Resort

The hotel offers great value for money. The staff are really nice and hopefully. We would like thank specially to Matteo from reception and Mustafa from housekeeping.

The beach is really shallow. Don't forget to pack swimming shoes. Drinks could be better.

Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was perfect. A special thank you to Ahmed, who took amazing care of our room and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the buffet had an amazing variety. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and fast, especially Mohammed and Rasheed, who remembered our Diet Cokes from the second day and brought them as soon as they saw us! ❤️ The reception team, especially Matteo and Alaa, deserve a special mention. They were genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. From the moment we arrived, they were always available, checking on us, asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was going smoothly. They never made us feel like we were bothering them and always helped with such warmth and patience. Matteo in particular was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. He made us feel like we had someone at the hotel we could always rely on. Even towards the end of our holiday, the reception team was thinking about our journey to the airport before we even had to ask. They also checked that we had arrived safely back home. That level of personal care really stayed with us. The resort itself is beautiful, especially the architecture and gardens. The private beach is clean and lovely, but water shoes are a must as the shore is rocky. The sea also becomes extremely deep very suddenly after the buoys, so swimming from the shore is limited. The underwater scenery is beautiful, so definitely bring your snorkelling equipment! The location is very convenient — around 25–30 minutes to Sharm and only 5–10 minutes to the airport. Overall, the staff truly made this holiday special. We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end and left with wonderful memories. ❤️

I had the pleasure of staying at Charmillion Sea Life Resort again, just four months after my previous visit, and I can honestly say that coming back was one of the best decisions I could have made. ❤️ My first stay was wonderful, but this time, the experience was even more special. What touched me the most was realizing that I was not treated like a returning reservation number — I was remembered. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The check-in was incredibly quick and smooth, and the team made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Many thanks to the reception team (Karam, Khairy, Abdelrahman) But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the way the staff cared about me throughout my entire stay. Their kindness never felt forced or simply part of their job. Many thanks to Ms Maha from the guest relations who always made dure that I was happy, relaxed, satisfied and everything is going better than expected ❤️ I especially want to express my deepest appreciation to the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdelfattah. His attention, kindness, and genuine concern for my well-being meant a lot to me. He always made sure I was comfortable, enjoying my meals, and feeling well. He went beyond simply making sure I was satisfied — he made me feel genuinely cared for. This kind of hospitality is something you remember. The staff are friendly, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everywhere I went, I felt surrounded by people who genuinely wanted me to have a good experience, thanks so much❤️ The most beautiful part for me was the feeling of being remembered and welcomed back. There is a very special feeling in returning to a place and realizing that the people there remember you, remember your preferences, and are genuinely happy to see you again. I came back to Charmillion Sea Life because I enjoyed my first stay.

Beds are comfy. Animation staff good. Food tasty but limited choice. Japanese and Italian restaurant very nice.

Lack of communication between reception and security gate. Long delays getting in and unfriendly security staff. Rooms are dated, need refurbishment. Not a great choice of food, quite repetitive. No cocktails available and very small plastic cups for beer etc. Wine only available in food halls. Air con slow to cool rooms. No fans in bar area, very humid area. Could do with buggys to move people about, long walk from main building to road, hence needing taxis to pick you up but always an issue with security.
