Very beautiful house in the middle of an ancient Inca town. Hosts and employees were very nice and sweet, even packing us a to go breakfast for our 530a checkout to go to Machu Picchu.
If there is a party or political rally in town, you can hear it through the walls quite easily.

Localisation of this guest house is perfect, staff is welcoming, kind and helpful. I would go there mostly for the location and aligned with the village room offer. I would have given 7.5 and there is room to improve.
I would have expected more from the establishment, very good guest house but the bathroom need improvement and you need to accept the noisy street around, sometime late at night or really early in the morning. Maybe our expectation were to high based on other comment. This is still a place to go but it depend what you are looking for.

Excellent location, courteous staff, value for money. Great massage option that partners with the hotel.
I don’t have anything that I would change. I wish someone could help with luggage since cars cannot reach the hotel entrance.

Picaflor was a great find. It's a small, clean and comfortable guest house located in the old town steps away from the entrance to Pinkuylluna ruins. Everything was withing easy walking distance but in a quiet area as well. Arnold who worked there was very kind and helpful and cooked us a small breakfast every day. On the day we needed to leave early to catch the train he provided a to go bag with food and drink. The rooms are modest but clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! It was cold at night, and the beds were very warm!
We liked everything. It would have been nice to have a larger area to dump our clothing to avoid putting bags on the bed, but it certainly wasn't a big deal.
