À propos de cette location de vacances
Fairport House - Sunny holiday home with large decks, lovely views and a short stroll to the estuary
Fairport is a unique holiday home in Mangawhai Heads due to its commanding position perched just above the shores of Mangawhai Harbour. It boasts some of the best views in the area and is close enough to the water that you can stroll in under a minute to the shore for a swim.
The home is well equipped and has a modern and functional kitchen along with a sheltered outdoor entertaining area in case the summer easterly gets a bit brisk in the evening. With 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite) the home is perfect for a family of 6.
All of this within only a 2 minute drive to the shops, cafes and golf course as well!

Résumé des avisEmplacement fabuleux avec de magnifiques vues. Maison bien équipée avec cuisine bien équipée. Aimé regarder les marées et les bateaux. L'espace de la terrasse arrière abritée était super. Apprécié la bouteille de vin.

Our second stay here. Super cosy for winter stays. Enjoyed the proximity to the estuary and ocean beach and the amazing view. Love the new covered deck area and also the fact that the kitchen has everything you could need.

We booked this place for our wedding stay and it was the perfect place for us to get ready at. My partner and his friends enjoyed the "bachy" vibe and the views were great

The house and location is stunning. There is so much beautiful space to be with friends/family and the house has all the amenities one might need. I would recommend this spot for those reasons. I would like to share how the communication dynamic with the host felt uncomfortable and something to consider though. As a new VRBO user I was asked a number of personal questions that felt beyond necessary (i.e., profession, ID, description and age of all guests). There were a number of emails and messages in the lead up to the stay that felt more like a living/lease arrangement, rather than a holiday house rental. We were also required to coordinate timing with the house manager upon arrival and they entered the house while we were there in a way that felt invasive.

I can't say enough good things about this bach. What a privilege to be able to stay here a few days. A great space, incredible views and location, and the whole place just had a lovely relaxed feel, and all the amenities and requirements one can need. Many thanks!
