I recently stayed at a hotel in New York and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, yet only a short walk away from many attractions and with convenient access to the subway. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making the stay all the more pleasant. I was particularly impressed by the size of the rooms, which were very spacious by New York standards. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.
My only complaint would be the price, but that is typical for any property in Manhattan

The location was lovely and the room was both modern and comfortable. What I was most impressed by was the staff. They were incredibly kind, charming and helpful during my trip. Giving me tips and recommendations on where to go to eat/activities. If you are there ask for Kyle or Chris, they will look after you!

Location was fantastic and the staff were great
Breakfast is a huge let down and a reason not to stay. The advertised continental breakfast is actually Overnight Oats fruit and 3 small muffins.
If you want to change the croissants, or anything else you have to pay full price of the menu with no flexibility.
I couldn't even have juice instead of a coffee, so that would cost 7 dollars, avoid
