It was so easy to check-in and check-out! The room was so spacious and very clean!!

Location is good. Rooms are clean. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Walking distance to many tourist sights. close to subway. Room service very prompt. Lots of TV channels.
The street noise is very loud but only for short bursts. Able to sleep again.

Everything! The location was superb, the staff was incredibly accommodating to my needs and requests from the start. Could not have asked for a better stay and experience.
To no fault of the hotel but the Overstory rooftop unfortunately was unavailable on the day of interest for a private event.

I loved the actual unit as it was so spacious! There was conveniently a bar downstairs which was nice and it was very close to some good eats!
Only problem I had was the rancid smell of dog pee when walking into the building and out. I guess the dog owners in the area just don’t care where their pets release themselves, but it’s definitely a noticeable odor in this area.
