le personnel était à l’écoute et très gentil, le petit déjeuner était bon il y avait du choix, la literie était confortable et la chambre spacieuse. L’hôtel est egalement bien situé

malheureusement la piscine était délabrée, carrelage cassé, dépôt dans la piscine…

The property is on a big hill! I mean I didn’t mind it but it’s something to be mindful of if you aren’t accustomed to physical activity.

Loved the location with seaviews Staff were very friendly and very eager to serve. Pool was our favourite spot with beautifully made cocktails. Dinner next to the pool was also magical

The Hill walking up to the hotel is definitely a work out! (They do have a shuttle bus ) There is a bit of construction across the road. Not there fault but there was a bit of noise and perhaps the seaview will disappear with the building infront

The property was in a nice location and was close to the kata beach

Unfortunately, my stay at Peach Hill Resort was disappointing, particularly given its 4-star rating. Throughout my stay, I experienced repeated issues with the air conditioning, which I reported to hotel staff on at least three occasions. Despite raising the issue multiple times, staff were reluctant to offer me an alternative room and instead insisted on sending maintenance staff into my room to attempt repairs. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially during such a short stay. The overall condition of the hotel also fell below my expectations for a 4-star property. Many of the facilities appeared outdated, poorly maintained, and not everything was functioning as it should. Additionally, I found dirty pillows in my room, which raised concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and housekeeping standards. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located close to Kata Beach, which was one of the few highlights of my stay. Overall, while the location is good, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service need significant improvement. Based on my experience, the hotel does not currently meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star establishment.
