We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was good, the location was great and Kata Beach was within walking distance. The hotel itself was stylish and beautifully designed. Overall, we loved everything about it!
The rooms were extremely humid, to the point where some areas seemed to be developing mould. Another downside was the steep hill right next to the hotel, which made getting in and out a little challenging. Other than these issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were very clean and facilities great. Pools for childres and adults. Different activities in the pool for kids. Very good spa! Reccomending again both for kids and adults. The dining options were good as well. Breakfast could have better selection for eiropean people. And pillows wasn’t too comfortable. The beds also not soft.

Great location near both Kata and Karon beaches. Nice pool area with swim up bar and kids play area. Friendly staff and good breakfast. For the price, it was definitely worth it and we really appreciated all the little "extras" like a free cocktail, 10min free underwater scooter rental, free 1 hour per day in their kids soft play area - thank you!
Mattress was quite uncomfortable (too hard) and the hotel requests that you run the aircon 24/7 in the room to avoid condensation which isn't very environmentally friendly. There is a big building site in front of the hotel but this doesn't affect your stay other than the concrete mixers going up and down the road whilst you're walking into town / to the beach.

Central location, shuttle provided to get to the beach daily until 9pm. Nice staff, especially Cartoon, she was lovely with the kids and very attentive. Good food options.
The floor was constantly wet and dangerous. We had to keep the AC on 21 all day to avoid too much moisture on the floors, meaning we were cold at night. Facilities like the kids' wet play area and the VR section were closed for days. The hill to get to the hotel OMG!
