Everything setting decor top rate staff fabulous overall just top from our welcome drink to our departure was just excellent the staff are attentive friendly and professional will be going back next year breakfast is ace dinner time tapas great an added bonus very thoughtful lovely strongly recommended and fab location and a lovely peaceful location near everything cannot go wrong with this hotel the breakfast room is to die for and the lift once found is unique 😀

This is a fantastic base for exploring the city, located on the same side of the river as the castle and close to several must-see sights (such as Charles Bridge and the farmers' market with a lot of local products that you will never find in restaurants). It is remarkably peaceful and includes parking available for taxi - a rare bonus when staying in the historic center with heavy luggage. The property is full of charming details that lend a authentic medieval touch.
Breakfast were great with a lot of options, but I would love to have more dishes featuring Czech or Prague cuisine. Because the hotel is in a historic building, the cooking smells drifted into our room every morning 7am, driving us out a bit earlier than planned.

Весь персонал дают отличный сервис, и расположение хорошее удобно добираться в любое место. Хорошие удобные матрасы.
Отель жутко старый, ужасные старые стены, ковры и все вокруг. Где то что то передвигал общее ощущение очень старое. Много читали про отличный завтрак и не оценили. Все очень базисное, не очень вкусное. Персонал и правда старается и им огромное спасибо но это реально очень старый отель. Куча Комаров с реки когда открываешь окно а не открывать не вариант так как нет кондиционера.
