Relais Tiffany

The location was central to many restaurants and other merchants.

The hot water was a problem in my room in that the shower was cold. I spoke to the management the 2nd day who explained another room had overloaded their circuits which may have caused my problem. I was able to get hot water the 2nd night.

After the challenging experience at our previous stay in Venice, arriving here felt like entering an entirely different environment. Franco was exceptionally professional—warm, genuinely kind, highly attentive, and an outstanding host. Every member of the team welcomed us with sincere smiles and exemplary hospitality. The thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary coffee, water, and snacks upon arrival immediately made us feel at ease and helped relieve the stress and fatigue we had been carrying. Their gracious welcome restored our confidence in hospitality and transformed what had been a very difficult day into a truly positive beginning. This is exactly the standard of care guests hope for, and we are sincerely grateful for such a memorable experience.

Très jolie chambre avec une porte fenêtre donnant sur un joli jardin. Grand lit confortable et chambre très bien aménagée. Salle de bain pratique et impeccable. Il n’y a pas vraiment de réception mais Franco a été très disponible pour nous expliquer comment accéder à la chambre pour y déposer nos bagages avant l’heure du Check -in. Très calme.

The bedroom and bathroom were really nice. The place where the breakfast was supposed to happen was great as well. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the train station and very easy to get to the main touristic area.

It looked as an abandoned place, really. We saw someone from the staff only the day we arrived. One of the towels was dirty and we didn't have anyone to talk to. Unfortunately, no breakfast at Tiffany's (besides some dry cookies and a coffee machine). This was weird, as this is a self-named bed AND breakfast. The air conditioning was working, but not strong enough to hold a heat wave. Overral, a very passable place if our expectations were lower.
