Room was very clean.
All staff was very good and helpful. Particularly Sera and Sonia help us above average. They also guide us about different type of transportation from their experience, such that we can travelling Florence comfortably.
Breakfast quality was also very good. Three of us were very satisfied with quality of breakfast.
Air conditioning was working nice. But they have no heating system.

Breakfast was excellent, AC worked great keeping the room cool for sleeping, great location, walkable to everything, we had ground floor near the entrance rooms, which was very convenient. Don’t let the location near the train station and busy neighbourhood fool you, it was walkable from the train station and to all of the city.

great location near train station and tram stops.
The staff couldn't be more helpful.
Although the room..my room , overlooked the train lines, dont let this put you off..not as if you going to be sitting looking at them whilst in Florence ? and the windows are double/double glazed to make things quiet.
