I really loved the location! It’s super convenient and close to everything. Easy to get around, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!
The only downside was that the WiFi in my room was a little slow. I mentioned it to the staff a few times, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much follow-up or improvement. Other than that, everything was great!

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a relatively good location.
The property is not as new as shown in the photos (the pictures look better than reality), the elevators are quite small, there is no parking available, and the price felt high ($420 for 4 nights for 3 people in September, when other Istanbul hotels were cheaper).

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
Misleading description and photos. We had a two bedroom apartment but the alleged second bedroom was a very very small room divided by sliding doors with two armchairs which we ended up not using. If you consider this type of room, you are better off booking a decent size triple room somewhere else. Some things not working inside such as kitchen sink out which was out of use and the safe wasn’t working either. Breakfast was very basic and you had to pay separate for coffee/tea. Despite the name, is a fair walk to Galataport.
