Roc Seven Biarritz

The view, that it was a small boutique hotel, quiet, stylish, what’s not to like

Nothing, actually it was hard to drive to but that’s because it’s on a sea cove in one of the most desirable spots in Biarritz.

Loved the location, staff were great, close to the beach, beach hats & towels were lovely!

The bed, bigger sheets needed as they tangled up, mosquitoes had a ball eating us.. hard to get to & park.

Loved the location and how new and fresh and relaxed the entire hotel felt.

1) Loud guests on the second night who stayed up partying until 3:30am - no night staff or ability to connect with someone to handle it during the night, felt a bit unsafe 2) No shower room to change if you are leaving late - we were flying back at 9pm so hard to go to the beach and clean up before your flight back 3) Hotel lobby has no air conditioning - if you're checking out late this is a big deal when it's hotel in July/August, Biarritz is a hot humid city 4) Some very rude staff at the bar who I noticed were also rude to people walking in off the street 5) Kept speaking to me in English despite my obviously fluent French
