Luxury Modern Two En Suite Bedroom Villa With Private Pool. Close To Town.
Pembe Ev est une villa charmante, confortable et étonnamment privée, située au milieu d'un parc naturel d'oliviers sur deux côtés et à la fin de la petite route résidentielle utilisée. Situé à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, il y a aussi des magasins, des cafés et des restaurants juste à votre porte. Une fois que les propriétaires de la maison permanente, il est bien équipé tout au long et maintient un véritable sentiment de «chez soi». Une grande terrasse de la piscine pour la vie en plein air fait face au sud et à l'ouest entouré de lauriers roses et de bougainvilliers. Une grande pergola couverte offre une ombre bien nécessaire dans la chaleur de l'été et est finalement privée. La terrasse sur le toit a un grand lit de jour à partir de laquelle profiter de la vue imprenable sur la mer à travers la baie et a déjà conduit à une proposition de mariage de certains de nos précédents invités! Dans l'ensemble Pembe Ev est un choix de vacances préféré et nos clients reviennent année après année avec le sentiment qu'ils rentrent à la maison. Il est conseillé de réserver tôt.
Pour 2020, Pembe Ev fait l'objet d'une rénovation majeure. La maison proposera ensuite deux chambres doubles avec douche / lits jumeaux et sera entièrement modernisée. The property was just as described in immaculate condition with massive amounts of tablewear, glasses and top quality equipment. The owner Bridget was super helpful and available by WhatsApp in addition to the Villa Manager. We received a very comprehensive brochure detailing helpful instructions and contact numbers. (Quite the best guide we have ever received when renting a villa - and we've rented around twenty in the past). We were there for seven days and with the hundreds of restaurants in Kalkan we ate out every night so didn't use the BBQ, probably the only equipment that was not quite at the same level. The view from the top floor is beyond belief - staggering. WiFi was quick and reliable everywhere except the very top floor where it struggled a bit but not really a problem. Parking is available right outside the villa and as the street is a Cul-de-Sac it is a very quiet street. It's position is a few minutes easy walk to the town and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it.

Pembe Ev villa is just perfection. The location is fantastic for walking into town where there are so many fabulous restaurants.Bridget is so lovely and an excellent host. She obviously takes great pride in the villa and her attention to detail is to be commended. Bridget replies quickly to answer any questions before the trip and has a very informative booklet with interesting facts and full instructions for the villa. The fresh water delivery is very efficient and a must on the hot August days.The view from the upstairs terrace is just breathtaking and a wonderful place to have evening drinks. We absolutely loved our time at Pembe Ev and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Bridget for a fantastic holiday.

Perfect in every wayPembe Eve is a spacious, immaculate villa with every detail well thought out. The outdoor space is excellent, at every level of the villa no matter the time of day you can have sun or shade. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned every morning and the mid stay clean was thorough. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and both showers were powerful, excellent storage/hanging space too. The roof terrace is amazing, you get a breeze by day and at night after enjoying a lovely meal at one of the many super restaurants it’s a beautiful spot looking out over the sea with a nightcap. The fridge at this level is very handy too. Communication with Bridget was very good as was the only time we needed to contact Mrs Vildan the property manager for water replacement. I broke a bone in my foot a few weeks before we arrived so the plentiful taxis were a bonus; they would happily come to the villa and drop off for a very reasonable price. This was our second visit to Kalkan, it’s a special place, too many restaurants to list but the standard is high everywhere. We will definitely return again and Pembe Eve would be our location of choice.

Very well appointed accommodation, very comfortable and has everything you need. Outside areas including the pool area well looked after. The views from the roof terrace are amazing!
