The Teras at the Emir Apartments, Immaculate Luxury Pool Level Apartment.
Le Teras appartement est au exclusive, petite, Emir de développement qui offre une vue magnifique sur la baie de Kalkan. La «vieille ville» est à cinq minutes à pied. Ce luxueux appartement de deux chambres à air conditionné est situé sur un étage au niveau de la piscine dans un emplacement privilégié. Il a la plus grande véranda couverte meublée (20 mètres carrés) dans le complexe qui maintient l'intérieur de l'appartement frais. La terrasse privée est accessible par des portes françaises du salon et une porte de la chambre des maîtres. Il ya deux piscines communes, une piscine pour enfants, terrasses bain de soleil avec chaises longues et parasols. L'appartement Teras est décoré et meublé à un très haut niveau, avec des murs de pierre, les planchers de marbre antique et de grandes fenêtres. Il comprend tous les équipements que vous attendez à trouver dans un hébergement de haute qualité, tels que le granit noir surmonté tables et plans de travail, refroidisseur d'eau, 32 "TV LCD avec chaînes satellite, lecteur DVD et CD, wi-fi, matériel de cuisine de haute qualité et un coffre-fort . Il est un gestionnaire anglophone qui vit sur place avec d'autres employés et elle va aider les clients avec tous les problèmes, réservation de taxis, l'organisation pour un emporter livraison, etc.

The Teras is a truly stunning apartment with direct access to the pool (great for kids) and spectacular views over Kalkan! The apartment is beautifully furnished and caters for all of your needs; the host provides some very thoughtful finishing touches which make your stay extra special- thank you. The Teras apartment is the nicest place we have stayed in to date.
The information prior to arrival was very detailed and extremely useful. We were greeted by the on site managers and the apartment was well maintained throughout our stay.
We have had a fantastic holiday made even better by the fabulous accommodation! I would rebook in a heartbeat!

We have just spent a lovely week in this fantastic property which really is located perfectly for a short 10 min stroll into town. As Kalkan veterans we always go back to this magical town, but always to different apartments, villas or hotels. This is by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean - and we’re fussy! The complex grounds are impeccably maintained by a friendly team and the pool has lovely wooden loungers. All the lounger covers are immaculate and the sun brollies are crisp and white; it just all adds to the feel of the place. The town was much quieter than when we visited in August and quite a few of the restaurants had closed for the season. Disappointedly, for those of you who know Kalkan well, Just Silver - the enchanting jewellery shop- was also closed. We still managed to find plenty of places to browse though, and, of course, the food was still of its usual
exceptionally high standard in all of the restaurants that we visited. We were blessed with beautiful weather averaging 25/26 degrees each day - great for enjoying the local beach clubs or relaxing around the pool. The sea was definitely warmer than the pool at this time of year.
As for Avril, the owner, her detailed communication was faultless and she has equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly think of. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment,..we would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed at the Maribo apartment which Avril manages the bookings for as she was staying in the Teras herself. Avril was extremely efficient in organising our stay and the Emir apartments are lovely - a small, extremely well maintained complex, plenty of space to sit or lounge near each apartment or on one of the sun terraces.
A brilliant location - so close to town yet still high enough to make the most of Kalkan's wonderful views.
The apartments are extremely well maintained and it is reassuring to have resident staff should you need them.
