The location is very good (at the end of sassi caveoso). Scenery was excellent here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean, comfortable with all necessities.
None that I can think of.

Fabulous position and view from the communal terrace. Exceptionally helpful staff. Private parking a short walk away @ €10 a night
Nothing really

This hotel was the best on our Puglia trip. The room was large and comfortable with a great bed and comfy pillows. The staff were very helpful even helping us to park outside the hotel ( no charge for the two days we were there. ) The breakfast was excellent and you could enjoy it sitting looking at the wonderful views of Matera from the terrace.
We liked everything about this hotel. There was nothing to complain about.

Property was great, the terrace over looking the Sassi was to die for. Room was super clean, and the staff was super helpful with directions, parking help, and general info about Matera. Breakfast was included and excellent.
Nothing. Loved everything about the property and would highly recommend
