Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Lovely hotel in the heart of Richmond directly opposite the train station.
The hotel is above the pub which was understandable noisy.

The location was great, staff so friendly
Need more tea and milks available to grab at reception

Handy for the station. Nice rooms.
Quite pricey but cheaper if you book direct apparently. The ‘included’ breakfast was disappointing as it didn’t include hot breakfast. For the price I’d have expected full breakfast and a bottle of water in the bedroom

Clean, tidy, good location. Enjoyed the stay here
I left something in the room and they didn’t bother responding to my message about lit. Put a damper on the stay

"Décor très agréable et très artistique, couleurs pastel et jolie dessins. Le lit est très confortable et les draps de qualité, très doux. Personnel très sympathique. Le pub est très beau et propre."
