A great welcome, the staff were very boyant and super helpful. The communal areas were a nice spot to be. Bedroom was comfortable and cosy and a great view.
This was expensive, at £270/night, this did not feel like great value. It would be great if the quality of the breakfast could be improved. Things like juice and bread for toast were basic / low cost.

The location was really ideal. Right near the train station and the St James Sq Mall with easy access to multiple shops, restaurants, and activities. It’s also only a short walk past the mall to the bus station which was great, because we did a Rabbie’s tour on our trip.
The room could have been arranged better to maximize space and comfort.

location is good as it is right across the weaverly station on the princess street.
the price is too high and the rooms are too small.
