Avis et évaluations

The location was excellent — close to both the airport and the football stadium. The city centre is about a 30-minute relaxing walk away, or you can easily take the metro, which is just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. The room fully matched the description: quiet, peaceful, and well-equipped with a private shower and toilet, as well as a kettle with tea and coffee and a mini fridge. The welcome was lovely — the young lady was very kind, friendly, and showed us everything we needed. There are also several cafés and a bakery nearby, plus an ice cream shop right in the building. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!
Communication via WhatsApp before arrival could have been a little smoother, but overall everything went well. We received answers to our questions and had all the information we needed for our stay.

Fantastic location, very close to the U-Bahn station, super close to the MERKUR SPIEL arena. Cafes, restaurants and a shop nearby. Very quiet and safe district. Very friendly owners, making sure we had all we needed, very helpful and kind. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day and pick it up only right before we headed towards the airport.
We enjoyed our stay and have no negative feedback.

Gemütliches Zimmer, Lage zur Arena optimal
Badezimmer. Der Duschkopf hält nicht in der dafür vorgesehenen Vorrichtung. Und vielleicht eine Fußmatte für ins Bad. Die kleinen Plättchen waren unbequem. Und keine Abstellplätze bei der Dusche

"Well-kept and clean, reasonable pricing considering how well it's positioned, and within walking distance to tram, convention center, ATM, and decent food places! Also nice staff!"
