Everything was perfect.From the entrance staffs everyone was friendly.
Property was amazing but I’m disappointed with booking.com, My booking was actually for 2 nights but due to working commitments I did ask to cancellation for my 2nd night but no response or reply from Booking.com. I end up paying 2 nights for 1 night stay.I hope i get back my money or at least i can use for my next stay.Its unfair that my request was no one even bother to reply.Indid ask for cancellation even 1 week in advance.

Friendly staffs from security to front desk.
room 907.the toilet bowl between shower glass door is too close to each other.Imagine big size human wana seat on toilet bowl he/she definitely feel uncomfortable.There was no room service menu or QR Menu and staff claimed that there is.Staff failed to check prior guest arrival.2nd night i had room change to 505 and prior on making my booking i did request for double bed.Unfortunately no one bother to reply and Inwas only informed that there no availability of my request hence Inwas given twin bed.I am solo travel why would i need to have twin bed.Please ensure my room to have Double bed instead of twin bed.I be coming in 2-3 weeka time.
