We are a couple who were well cared for but the place can also accommodate a family of six, I believe.
Graziella is friendly and helpful. (Be prepared to use your language app occasionally.)
Beds comfy, lots of space, on-site parking available. Your space is separate from the main building so it's also quite private.
If you like homey, then you have it! We would return in a heartbeat
Well, the entry door to the kitchen is a bit short. (I bumped my head once. 😁)
This didn't bother us at all but some people will want to know that it's about a 25 minute walk to the start of the 'Sassi area'. It's worth it.

The place was very clean and the rooms and sitting room quite big.
The attitude of the host, too many conditions regarding the apartment e.g. not to open the drawers and the wardrobes etc etc , breakfast was very, very poor and wi-fi signal was very bad !
