We had a really nice 4 nights here. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. The management team was also very attentive. Special thanks to the animation team, they were always smiling, full of energy, and made our days much more fun. Really appreciate everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!
Nothing major to complain about. Overall, we had a great stay.

The room was nice, but I paid more than some others due to my nationality. And, some others paid just as much as I did and got worse rooms that are very old, some of them didn’t even have proper electrical sockets.
The reception staff was a bit rude sometimes, the rest of the staff was okay. The room service refused to give me coffee but offered beer instead, even though I am muslim and don’t drink alcohol.
