Room was spotless, staff great. Electrical connections outdated and could stand an upgrade. Coral reef pristine and healthy looking.

Nice hotel, food needs improvement.

Second time here. While the rooms are a bit older, location, food, staff, shuttle to SoHo square etc. are on point. Beach is great, soft sand, can walk out 100+ feet to your waist. Sea is warm, pool is big, pool bar is good, restaurants on site are good. Didn’t see many other Canadians (was like 99% Russian guests lol) but I highly recommend!

"Cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, great customer service, I would give our experience a 10/10 if it wasn’t for an unpleasant check-out experience, which reduces it to 9/10"
